Field Service Technician

Field Technician – All levels

We are a local ISP providing broadband alternatives to conventional telecom and cable company service. We work with residential as well as small and medium sized businesses.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn a new career, loves to work with hands, has a passion for customer service and is looking for a job to grow with. We would love someone who is also goal oriented, creative, ethical, and have the ability to multitask.

As a field technician you will be able to travel and complete work within our entire coverage area. We are seeking someone with basic mechanical and/or electrical skills along with a willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of the telecommunications field.

After initial training period the work schedule will be full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with customers and troubleshooting network issues
• Maintenance of wireless and networking equipment on towers and buildings
• Installation of cabling, wire, connectors, grounding and conduit
• Ability to work freely and safely at small to medium heights

Applicant must:

• Have a valid driver’s license and clear driving record along with reliable transportation to get to the office in Carson City, NV.
• Have the ability to work weekends, nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel along the front range if necessary
• Have a strong work ethic
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Have basic computer skills
• Work well with others and be a team player

Pay: $16.50 – $21.00 per hour depending on experience
