CONNEXTIONSLTD.com is expanding our telecommunications installation services rapidly across Ontario. We are looking to hire immediately, dedicated in-house employees and Subcontractors to be trained as Full-time permanent:
(Alarm Technician (Bell Smart Home).
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY Training will be provided, but must be able to demostrate exceptional customer service skills. NOC B Eligible for applicants with work permit
Service work areas we are hiring for include:
GTA, including Milton, Georgetown, Acton, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Niagara, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, Mississauga, and Etobicoke. Must reside locally in these areas.
Responsibilities:
– Carry out new installation and service existing customers in domestic dwellings, apartments or commercial building.
– Performing best in class installation practices and while demonstrating outstanding customer service
– Communicate effectively with customers explaining various products and providing tutorials of how to operate the newly Telecom equipment.
– Work safely at all times without risk to self and others.
– Adhering to all safety policies/procedures and reporting
Requirements:
- Professional, trustworthy, positive attitude with excellent work ethics.
- Customer oriented with excellent customer service skills and fluency in English
- Basic computer skills of email, excel
- Usage of your own personal android phone with a data plan
- Work hours: 8-10 hours per day, and rotating weekends under different weather conditions as may be scheduled. (Business operation is 365 days a year, no slow down periods due to multiple lines of work and business)
- Employee permanent position, 40 hours a week.
- Sub-contractor’s are required to supply own vehicle,(SUV or mini-van, preferrable in white to perform all lines of work,
- Basic Hand tools required
Compensation:
-Quarterly Bonuses based on meeting company metric expectations
– Paid training allowance
– Piece work paid basis on total jobs completed
– Bi-weekly schedule payment
– Weekly guaranteed minimum salaries to those whom meet all job requirements.
– Referral bonuses of $250.00 for any technician’s whom are referred and hired by Connextions on a full-time basis (Subject to fulfilling all employment expectations)
