Experienced Installation and Repair Technician in Telecommunications

Labor & Installation General Duties for Installation and Repair Technician

  • 8am (onsite first customer) Plan installations
  • Installing Services (running & pulling cable, installing and connecting customers equipment)
  • Make sure equipment is connected and operating properly
  • Tasks Include (New Installations, Expanding Services, Replace & repair defective parts)

Customer Service for Installation and Repair Technician

  • Provide instruction for effective use of installed equipment & services
  • Schedule -Typically, 40-hour week. 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch (Schedule is set by Client)
  • Techs are expected to achieve customer satisfaction and productivity metrics

Qualifications for Installation and Repair Technician

  • Must have prior experience working in Telecommunications as an Installation & Repair Technician (for Verizon, AT&T, Frontier, etc..)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass drug screening and background check.
  • Must possess a vehicle capable of transporting a 28 foot extension ladder.
  • Must be available to work all shifts and weekend schedules.
