Field Supervisor

Field Supervisors are the generals on the ground floor of building projects for different fields, including construction and maintenance of existing landscapes and exhibits. The Field Supervisor requires a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills in order to successfully coordinate in both a written and verbal manner to clients, management, and subordinates alike. The Field Supervisor is a virtuous leader and is able to motivate field representatives, as well as ensure the staff is equipped with appropriate supplies and equipment to complete required services within their assigned territories.

FIELD SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and oversees all aspects of job execution with vendors and suppliers as outlined in the Service Work Order
• Responsible for the execution of all North American installation projects
• Oversees and coordinates installation preps
• Oversees installation and dismantling projects
• Prepares site authorization reports after every job are complete
• Coordinates installers on-site and assign installation projects
• Confirms with Senior Show Services Coordinator that all travel arrangements have been made for out-of-town installers for North American installation projects
• Confirms with Senior Show Services Coordinator that all show services have been ordered and coordinated for all North American installation projects
• Ensure all resources for installations are in place
• Works with installers and project managers to control labor costs
• Responsible for flawless execution of all installation projects
• Maintain warehouse supplies for installations at a minimum required level
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
