With our continued growth, we are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team in the Mount Vernon, WA area.

The Role

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of team, providing technical guidance and leadership
  • Train, coach and develop team members
  • Act as team’s “expert” and “go to” resource, working projects alongside field teams
  • Maintain safety as the #1 priority for all team members: ensuring adherence to company safety standards and all federal, state, and local laws
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of productivity and equipment tracking systems
  • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Promote an environment of integrity and accountability
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of relevant aerial and/or underground fiber construction experience required
  • Valid Driver’s License required, Class A CDL preferred
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
  • Prior experience supervising and dispatching construction crews preferred
  • Ability to perform duties in telecommunications construction such as; pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (equipment management, cost control, scheduling, safety etc.)
  • Ability to utilize industry relevant software and pick up internal systems quickly
  • Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
  • Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sites
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
