Kercom telecommunications company is hiring for FIOS Installation Technicians in Connecticut.
Experience preferred but not required.
The technician’s primary duty is installation/troubleshooting of FIOS internet and phone services.
Responsibilities include hanging or placing the drop in conduit all outside work mounting the ONT, power supply to the house and completing residential installation inside the home as well as commercial.
This is Fiber install and repair work with as much work as you can handle with 6 days a week available to you.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, team-oriented, and quality driven. Must follow all safety protocols at all times.
Job Requirements:
Working within attics and crawl spaces.
Exhibit safe ladder climbing.
Coax cable sizes and types.
Operating toner, & Butt set
Routers, home networking.
Other requirements:
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must have own work vehicle.
Compensation/Other benefits:
Weekly pay averages between $2000-$4000 a week.
