Forensics Cyber Analyst

Forensics Cyber Analyst – £80k – £90k – fully remote + 10% annual Bonus

We are recruiting for a Global Logistics company who are expanding their SOC capabilities and require an experienced Forensics Analyst to join the team – You’ll become instrumental in helping shape and define our client’s new forensic capability.

Ideally you will have held a similar role for several years and have a good amount of experience to draw from. Good experience in Forensic Investigation, Threat Hunting, Security Incident management, Behavioural analytics. Endpoint and Cloud Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide detailed forensic RCA on incidents of compromise to key stakeholders
• Further develop forensic capabilities
• Conduct threat hunting by analysing data
• Support the continuous improvement of capability to detect and respond to incidents by collaborating with other teams across Cyber Operations
• Work on key cyber security uplift projects, representing the SOC, delivering results and embedding new capabilities into BAU
• Support the 24/7 team when required in monitoring security alert feeds to detect, triage and investigate security events and classify them as incidents where appropriate
