As a General Manager, you are responsible for all financial aspects of the Area operation. The GM is also responsible for implementing and adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

In addition, you will:

• Give direction, guidance, and support construction and project management departments
• Develop and direct processes to facilitate successful completion of projects from start to finish
• Prioritize projects based on needs and escalation, and assign projects as necessary
• Proactively manage communications and escalation with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Interface with vendors, subcontracts, and the client
• Drive safety culture

About You:

• Safety is a part of your day to day
• You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging leadership experience, preferably in a telecom construction environment
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team and driving change when needed
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
• You have an understanding of basic accounting principals
