Role: Genesys IVR Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration- Long Term

Responsibility:

Demonstrable understanding of the approaches to systems development, integration and implementation Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time Ability to pick up projects mid-stream, be a self-started requiring minimal supervision
Must Have: Understanding the Genesys Pure Connect System. Understanding of basic telecom contact centre terms (workgroup, queue, IVR etc.) Programming knowledge of call flows and IVR. Knowledge in Interaction Desktop, Interaction Administrator, Interaction Attendant and Interaction Center Business Manager. Experience in SQL database. Some experience in networking, VOIP, SIP , and QOS. Some experience in server maintenance and troubleshooting. Understanding of VPN and WFH connectivity.
