Genesys Telecom Analyst

Location: Remote

Length of contract: 6 month-contact

Job description:

  • The role is going to be ambiguous in nature because they are integrating 2 cloud platforms at the same time .
  • need to have experience with their existing platform (NICE & In Contact) because they just learned they are not going to be migrating to Genesys for another 6-12 months so it got pushed out and he needs support on the existing platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

The Telecommunications Analyst position is responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of voice services in Contact Centers. Additional responsibilities include development and troubleshooting of call routing strategies, Genesys component configuration and deployment as well as handling trouble tickets.

Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing dial plans
  • Numbers
  • Setting up users
  • Overall PBX administration
  • Experience in Genesys and Nice are a plus
  • 8×8 experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Genesys Software or similar
  • 3+ years of experience building complex routing strategies
  • 3+ years of experience with SIP
  • 3+ years of experience with contact center reporting

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
