Job Summary:
The Global HR Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting and supporting the International HR Manager with talent management duties which include, but are not limited to succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development. Furthermore, this position is responsible for compensation initiatives which include working with compensation surveys, market pricing analysis of wages to surveys, and analysis of management bonus programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports talent management strategy ensuring effectiveness and efficiency, including but not limited to understanding the needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables. Responsible for developing and managing project plans and schedules, and managing change associated with new processes and programs.
  • Participates in salary surveys and market pricing projects.
  • Reviews global compensation programs, including reviewing changes or enhancements to ensure locations are competitive in the market.
  • Performs audits of various compensation programs and the application of the programs to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
  • Works closely with Human Resource Business Partners and organization leadership regarding ongoing compensation management, job evaluation, program/plan design, and other compensation-related topics to produce accurate and insightful reports, analyses, and presentations.
  • Ensures the effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures, and controls identifying risks, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Manages relationships with survey vendors to meet survey submission timelines.
  • Leverages a process improvement mindset to recommend efficient and effective ways to carry out core responsibilities; adept at working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, but also able to function effectively working independently and to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field to position.
  • Competency in computer applications relating to HR functions including the suite of Microsoft Office products and wage survey software, Excel experience at higher level, and HRIS familiarity.
  • 2 years’ experience executing talent management processes and programs.
  • 5 years’ experience working with compensation surveys or internal compensation structures.
  • Experience utilizing an HRIS system (preferably ADP, Ceridian, or another major program).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to analyze moderately complex data and develop recommendations/solutions.
  • High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence; outstanding organizational skills; and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
