Your Impact & Responsibilities

    • Lead all regional field marketing efforts with strong alignment and collaboration with the sales team.
    • Through innovative field marketing campaigns, grow net new business pipeline.
    • Develop and implement regional marketing strategy.
    • Oversee a team of field marketing leaders to plan and execute demand generation activities (seminars, conferences, email, direct mail, webinars, etc.).
    • Develop and execute marketing plans with channel partners and distribution. Manage channel co-op program for the region.
    • Launch of new products and initiatives in keeping with the corporate process.
    • Measure and report results, campaign ROI; provide program analysis and future recommendations to senior management.

Your Knowledge & Skills

    • 10+ relevant years of marketing experience with a B2B technology company.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including remote management.
    • Previous experience as a marketing leader, with responsibilities for field, channel, or distribution marketing. Familiarity with indirect sales model.
    • Good understanding of technology related topics and trends, preferably in security, software, networking or telecom.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A self-starter, leads and facilitates management of details needed to accomplish tasks.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant field
