The position

Requirements
- university or comparable degree, ideally in the field of business administration or law
- several years of experience in a responsible position in human resources with a proven track record of success
- sound knowledge in the fields of human resources management, organisation, payroll accounting, labour law and personnel development
- strong leadership and communication skills
- creativity and decisiveness
