Ideally, you will possess an ICT or Computer Science qualification and have experience of working within an IT department. If you can combine this with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure, then this could be the ideal next career move for YOU!

Responsibilities:

• Logging all IT support requests, documenting actions taken and escalating internally /externally
• Act as the first point of contact for staff seeking IT support over the telephone and email
• Liaising with third party software/hardware companies to resolve incidents and service requests, progressing through to closure
• Provide on-site support attending office floors when required
• Assist with project related tasks
• Achieve the training and assessment requirements of the apprenticeship program

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.15am – 5.30pm
