Quality Communications Inc is seeking self-motivated customer-oriented individuals to join our ever-expanding team of Telecommunications technicians . As an authorized vendor for Cox Communications for over 20 years in the business, we are dedicated to providing Quality services, specialize in audio, video, fiber optic, and more. We also have multiple foot prints in multiple markets, offering location flexibility and opportunity to relocate.
No experience? No problem! We provide inhouse training where you can become a master certified technician that is recognized nationally in as little as 4 weeks. You will be paid to learn your new trade.

No Truck? That’s not a problem either. We provide company vehicles to all of our technicians that becomes a part of our team, as well as provide fuel assistance.

(_Note: This is a physically demanding position. Individuals that are offered employment will be required to stand for extended periods of time. Requirements
· Must be 18 years or older
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· We do offer Company vehicles & fuel allotments, so a valid driver’s license & an approved MVR are necessary
· You will be working in people’s homes, so you must pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
· A successful candidate will be responsible, professional, organized, have attention to detail, & an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with direct supervision
· Must speak English fluently. Bilingual speakers are encouraged to apply.
· Minimum of 40 hours per week.
· All High School and College Grads are very encouraged to apply.

Compensation
Pay structure is production-based pay plus overtime. The more work you complete the more money you make.
· Technicians pay range from between $21 -$35 per hour based on ability.
