ICT 2nd Line Support Analyst, Crawley Based

You Will be Rewarded With:

Duties will include but not be limited too:

• Diagnosing technical issues
• Health checks of systems
• Going to luxury dealerships providing technical support
• Delivering high quality customer service
• To support the 1st line support technicians
• Managing and supporting areas of technical specilalism
• Work with their team of specialists to share support and skills
• To assist on technical escalations

The successful candidate will have:

• Technical experience in a similar role (at least 1 year)
• Strong communication skills
• A diligent and proactive approach to resolving technical issues
• The ability to identify, fix and pass on technical issues
