The Job

As a fully remote Inbound Internet Sales Advisor, you’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls from existing customers selling home internet services
• Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
• Upselling products and services to existing customer base
• Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• This position is 100% inbound sales, existing customers only – no cold calling!

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 6 months + sales experience, especially in a call center environment
• Experience with upselling products
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States.
• Will need a home phone (not VoIP), has to be hardwired Pots line
• Please note, equipment is provided for this role and will be shipped prior to class start. It is necessary that you are able to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cable and have a stable internet connection. You will be required to complete a speed test prior to employment.
