Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales chat inquiries and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm virtually.
- Be able to make outbound calls to customers for further clarification needed (about 20 percent of the time)
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Strive for sales on the first chat inquiry and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for a first “virtual” chat inquiry resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Deliver an amazing sales experience through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
- Take an active role in educating customers about our client’s products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center sales metrics while providing an excellent and consistent sale experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales/upsells in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating the ability to provide customers with the best options that fit their needs is preferred.
- Must be computer Savvy and be able to type 25 words per minute.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
- Background check required.
