Our global organization is looking to add to their telecom team. Although this company is owned by a global organization, they still function as a small company with big company benefits. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement, good benefits, etc. This person will be joining a team of 22 that includes telecom and engineer professionals.
The client is going through an upgrade/conversion from Genesys i3 to Genesys RCM. This person will ensure the contact center runs during the implementation of the new system over the next few years. Requirements:
- Genesysi3
- Genesys RCM
- AVAYA CM
- NICE
- WFM
- Good understanding of Contact center technology
- Previous experience supporting the Interactive Intelligence phone system with multiple call centers, in a large enterprise network.
- Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Interactive Intelligence technologies that include IVR, Dialer, Recorder, Attendant, and Administrator.
