Key Responsibilities:

· Confer with clients to identify and document requirements of the security system.

· Conduct business and technical studies.

· Design, develop, integrate, test and implement security systems solutions.

· Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security for all current security systems.

· Confer with clients to identify, and assess any blind spots, for the current security system.

· Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, in conjunction with the monitoring center.

· Keep all the sites in perfect working order, daily and before the monitoring center starts its day.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the VMS development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of sites systems.

· Provide IT support assistance to end users.

· Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, and resolve hardware problems.

· Update and maintain IT inventory and equipment for all GLMV locations.

· Conduct ongoing client’s training.

Skill and Qualification:

· Experience: 10 years minimum

· Education: 4 years bachelor

· Ability to learn, operate and control an extensive range of IT equipment.

· Ability to identify and collect the relevant information to diagnose or research problems and find solutions.

· Ability to listen patiently to end user descriptions and ask clarifying questions to understand the problems.

· Ability to recognized business urgency and prioritize multiple requests.

· Create training materials if needed.

· Assist the Sales representative with projects.

· Provide one-on-one end-user support and resolve problems via telephone, email, remote sessions, and other means of communication.

· Download/install software and upgrades, drivers on staff/resource workstations and servers.

Physical requirements essential in the job include:

· Dexterity to manipulate hardware and tools as needed to effect repairs.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds short distances.

· Ability to install desktop units and peripherals, including multiple monitors on movable apparatus.

· bending crawling scooting and reaching as needed under behind and around office furnishings to access network ports and manage cables.

· Ability to move transport equipment using carts, hand trucks or other wheeled conveyances.

Qualifications

+ Milestone VMSs level advanced (Required)

+ Advanced knowledge in networking (Required)

+ Advanced knowledge in wireless devices (Required)

+ Advanced knowledge hardware and software (Required)

+ Advanced knowledge IP and analog security systems (Required)

Terms of employment: Permanent and Full-Time, flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday.

Wage: CA $25.5 per hour for 40 hours per week
