Job Detail

To strengthen our team and development in USA we are looking for an Information Technology Support Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract based at Munich, GERMANY.

You will join a dynamic team of 5 multicultural, multisite people working independently and you will report to the Group IT Manager.

Scope: To date, 600 users / workstations, more than 40 servers managed centrally for 10 sites in Europe / America / Asia.

Position to be filled in 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and troubleshoot computer users (fixed PCs, laptops, Windows environment, Office 365 messaging, smartphone…)
• Ensure the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer equipments
• Manage Active Directory, SAP and Office 365 accounts and access rights
• Manage the Dynamics CRM (user training and improvement of the CRM)
• Creation and follow-up of procedures
• Manage equipment and maintenance of the inventory
• Manage AD, Exchange, ERP, Backup, etc. ….
• Implement, administrate and change management of internal communication solutions (email, instant messaging, fixed and mobile telephony)

REQUIREMENTS

With a Bachelor or any other degree in computer science, you consider yourself as a true solver.

You are proactive and constantly looking for innovative solutions.

You are a passionate about IT, you have initiative and common sense and you like teamwork.

You have a minimum 4 years’ experience in the field of IT infrastructure, combined with a very good level of technical English.

Availability, being able to work under pressure and a sense of priority management are also essential.

French speaking will be a plus.
