Who We Are?

We are Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. We manage the property for 846 owners on 54 acres. We have 3 restaurants on site and the largest pool on the island. In addition, we have convention facilities that are suitable for large and small groups.

What Will I Be Doing?

We are looking for a full-time professional Information Technology/ Telecommunications Director to join our high-performing Team! In this role you’ll be working directly with our customers and our employees providing IT and Telecommunications Support. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. This is a one-person department.

Specifically, you would be responsible for:

Telecommunications

Responsible for administrative and technical planning in installing and implementing voice and data communication services for new installations. Performs telephone surveys, advising on appropriate equipment, costs and locations relating to existing installations. This role maintains contact with the telephone utility and equipment vendors and issues orders for service and equipment.

Information Technology

Responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities of the Resort. Accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the Resort through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination including Resort network, PMS, POS and databases.
