Overview:
- Network services experience (routers, proxy, wifi)
- Moving from one set of Cisco infrastructure technologies to other technologies, Data Center Experience and working with Large Organizations.
- SD-WAN/Proxy Infra/Juniper Wi-Fi are good key words to look for.
- Genesis is the contact center, but experience with Genesis is not a must.
Job Description:
- This would include working with call centers, provisioning/maintaining server plans for call centers, and more.
- Experience working in both an agile and waterfall methodology is expected
- Previous banking experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses and Finance
- Work closely with their respective Portfolio Manager, the Global ITID PPM Practice team and their senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values, and behaviour.
- Provide board level overview of progress, lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across all global businesses, global functions, and regions.
- Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project, including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41.93 – $50.50 per hour
