Position Summary:
The Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Manager (“ISM”) is a critical member of the PSI team. The ISM will be accountable for all aspects of program operations, including direct management and coaching of team members. ISMs are responsible for ensuring the team delivers results that meet or exceed agreed client goals, while fostering a culture that strives for operational and compliance excellence.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provides day-to-day supervision of sales/service representatives including performance evaluations and management to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded.
· Reports to Operations Manager on individual and team performance; works with management to develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
· Coaches team members for success and supports individual development of direct reports.
· Monitors inbound/outbound sales calls to ensure script adherence, call integrity, adverse event compliance, HIPAA compliance and proper phone technique.
· Conducts refresher training and the distribution of project updates; assists with New Hire training and onboarding.
· Ensures all client needs are met with a high degree of quality and compliance to applicable policies and procedures.
· Strategizes and collaborates internally to foster a culture and service of continuous quality improvement, offering creative solutions to client.
· Handles escalated calls from customers as needed.
· Develops a contingency plan to maintain adequate coverage levels in the event of staff shortages. This may include serving as backup, when needed.
· Develops productivity improvement programs to increase customer reach and other productivity metrics.
· Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports, possible report development and maintenance when necessary.
· Works in concert with the Human Resources department to enforce company policies and procedures.

Required/Preferred Qualifications and Job Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree Required
· Sales Industry experience: outbound sales and call center experience a plus
· Supervisory and leadership experience in related field required.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Remote Working Conditions and Requirements:
Remote Working Environment: Employees are required to establish an appropriate remote work environment; the job duties of this position will be performed primarily from home. On occasions, PharmaSource, Inc. may require employees to return to regular, in-office work during business hours.
Computers/Laptops: Employees may be required to utilize their own computers to perform applicable job duties until such time they are issued company computers. PharmaSource, Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or repairs to employee-owned equipment. Employees will be provided with company-owned equipment as soon as possible.
Performance and Communication: Employees will be required to maintain an appropriate level of communication and will be subject to regular meetings via various telecommunication devices and methods; familiarity and comfortability in this environment are required.
