Inside Sales Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to our sales team. Your daily job duties include preparing pricing documentation and quotes for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork. You will also follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services, input data into our customer management system, and generate other sales documents/reports as needed. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in administrative roles.

Sales Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process formal quotes for sales team
  • Process orders via email and phone
  • Check quotes, orders and invoices for accuracy
  • Update sales and customer records, including entering sales contacts, information, notes, quotes into company CRM.
  • Contact customers to answer customer questions/inquiries as needed. Research and follow up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.
  • Provide sales materials to customers.
  • Act as the point of contact among employees, customers, and other external partners.
  • Manage internal documents with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Generate monthly sales reports

  • Must be able to pass security background and drug test at time of hire and submit to random testing of both during employment period.

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but demonstrated experience will also be considered
  • 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Administrator or other administrative role
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs

This is an office-based position in Palmetto, FL.
