QuiGig is a service marketplace platform that helps consumers hire for various services. We own and operate several service companies that provide professional services in numerous regions in the United States. We support the operations of our service companies including marketing, dispatching, operations, etc.

QuiGig is excited to announce the hiring of several new team members in the next several weeks. Candidates may work remotely or from our headquarters in Houston, TX. They will be initially hired as contract labor but there is an opportunity for them to become full-time employees with PTO and other benefits, including organizational growth. Still, A health insurance premium will be offered to our contract workers.

This role primarily includes serving the call center where inbound calls need to be handled by existing and new clients and coordination will be needed with our contract professionals or employees. The various duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the call center sales and customer service representatives include:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues.
  • Provide service solutions and recommendations to customers via telephone calls.
  • Follow set communication guidelines in addressing the needs and problems faced by customers.
  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company.
  • Place follow-up calls to customers to address service needs.
  • Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls.
  • Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in a call center database within the company-provided data portal.
  • Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.
  • Ensure daily shift call quotas (Number of calls answered or Minimal missed calls) and set targets are achieved.
  • Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on work activities.
  • Oversee the processing and implementation of orders, applications, and forms submitted by customers, including follow-up with our professional network.
  • Monitor trends in customer call and alerts management in event of any suspicious activity.
  • Upsell products and services to customers when providing telecommunication solutions.
  • Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset. (wireless headphones can be provided per request)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $26,216.00 – $31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
