Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining an active lead generation plan through the use of incoming calls, referrals, leads from websites, cold calling, events and direct mailing.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field incoming calls from potential residential and commercial customers and determine if a contract can be initiated.

Pursue customers via outbound calls within the Carolinas and Georgia to further develop customer base.

Perform data entry of required customer information into company system to create and maintain an ongoing sales database.

Markets products and offers value-added services.

Prospect existing customer base and network groups for new sales opportunities.

Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers.

Ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood.

Maintain updated application knowledge of all Priority One Security product offerings and systems and have the ability to communicate and sell these systems to customers.

Attend residential and commercial sales meetings

Experience, Skills & Education:

Previous sales experience in the security, telecom or technology industry preferred but not required.

Must be organized, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must have a valid drivers license, pass a drug screen and security background check.
