Our In-side Sales Manager plays a critical role in supporting our entire sales force along with the production shop. This is accomplished by quoting, ordering, costing production jobs.

In this role you will…

• Quote all equipment UTE represents, Versalift, Brand FX, Lift Moore Cranes just to name a few
• Ordering all Tier 1 components.
• Schedule all shipments of Tier 1 components.
• Review all body drawings before approval.
• Review all sales order acknowledgements.
• Complete invoicing for production equipment.
• Complete costing for each job.
• Schedule all new production.
• Maintain and update twice a month production, rental, and RTG schedule.
• Complete all needed title work.
• Inventory of Tier 1 components.
• Class 5-7 chassis knowledge needed.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic and schematics.
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and acuity.
• Clear and consistent communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge is required.
• Understanding of Auto Cad, a plus.
• High School Diploma or College Degree is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
