Inside Sales Representative

TRC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of their client located in Duluth, GA. Our client specializes in telecommunications & network management.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote all company products and services by marketing to direct motions, as well as partnering with channel and referral partner account teams.
• Contribute towards sales and marketing documentation as required to drive sales.
• Follow up on leads provided and generate leads to close on a yearly sales quota.
• Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with business partners, both internal & external.
• Provide support on all document execution with customers & vendors.
• Liaison with operations for onboarding new customers.
• Provide necessary information in Project Master Workbook for new projects to be successfully launched.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or information technology a plus.
• 2 year’s of IB & OB lead generation, deal management and deal closing experience.
• Experience with multi-technology solutions, help desk services & software sales.
• User experience with CRM’s (HubSpot user experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, revenue quotes and relationship management.
• Experience selling to channel partners or direct customers.
• Lead generation skills a must.
• Ability to close individual deals.
• Experienced with MS Office.
• Ability to lift & carry up to 20lbs.
