Inside Sales/Sales Assistant

AA Networks is a fast-growing network integration and consulting firm located in Burlingame, CA. Founded in 1996, we provide IT and telecom services to our clients throughout the Bay Area. Our company is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our full-time Inside Sales/Sales Assistant position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support work of Sales Manager including assist in achieving our monthly/annual sales goals and our company’s business plans.

· Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients on project status.

· Assist in writing and follow up with customers on proposals/quotations.

· Identify customer’s needs and present qualified solutions/proposals in a convincing manner.

· Assist in scheduling daily jobs for our technicians and reviewing time logs.

· Manage materials/parts inventory and ordering.

Skills, ability, knowledge and other requirements

· Solid skills with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

· College degree and/or 1-3 years of work experience preferred.

· Strong verbal and written skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated team player and must be willing to learn new skills/technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
