Job Title: Installation Technician

Location: Madison, WI *This is a driving position. Will be provided company vehicle for all appointments. Eligible for home dispatch after training and first few weeks.*

Duration: Permanent / Direct Hire

Shift: Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm, must be flexible week to week within these hours. Will get a rotating schedule. Overtime is not mandatory but voluntary and encouraged.

***12 weeks of paid training to start. First 9 weeks are standard 8-5 schedule in a classroom setting M-F. Final 3 weeks are shadowing a technician on their service appointments.*** Start Date: ASAP after MVR, drug test and background check are completed Pay Rate: $20.63/hour, $32/hour for overtime hours outside of 40 hours. 42910 without overtime. $5k sign on bonus distributed throughout first year of work. Full benefits provided starting day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k, 2 weeks PTO. Paid sick days after 6 months).

Vaccination: Required (or willing to get one, or medical or religious exemption accepted) Interview Process: 1 phone interview with myself. 1 interview directly with client.

Qualifications:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs (some ladders weigh 50-80lbs)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work on a rotating schedule
• High School Diploma or GED
• Interest in a long term career and growth opportunity

• Installation technician experience

Day-to-Day Details:
