Architecture and design skills

Proven track record to define solutions leveraging data and integration to address complex strategic, business and technical problematics

Experienced is leading the designing North Star strategic architecture, roadmap and transition states addressing business, technology and people aspects.

Proven track record to interact with the business to influence and inform the technology enabled strategy and its application

Experienced in developing technology strategy for large scale multi platform, multi domain transformation

Expertise and proven track record to shape leading E2E cross platform modular architecture considering business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, security and other non functional aspects dimensions

Ability to operate within multidisciplinary diverse teams to deliver high quality products and solutions, within architecture function and within larger transformation team

Ability to drive and enforce continuity & traceability of information – across diverse stakeholders – throughout the transformation stages and therefore delivering fit for purpose solutions in line with strategic objectives.

To be successful in this Solution Architecture Manager role you will need
Proven track record to shape and deliver robust leading solutions in complex and fluid environments.
Architecture skills spanning across Solution, data and integration domains while being aware of infrastructure, security and other non functional dimensions.
Expertise and proven track record to shape and deliver integration strategies
Experience to shape and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions.
Strong knowledge of the vendor landscape, ideally with leading certifications.
Proven understanding of Cloud market and technologies.
Ability to operate across multiple lines of business and team up with other PwC disciplines to enrich the support to our clients.
Support the business development activities in combination with client delivery and practice growth.
Adaptability to continuously learn and develop the necessary skills to progress and stretch yourself.
Strong autonomy and drive to ensure quality progress and outputs.
Ability to drive teams in fluid environments to define relevant next steps, collect buy-in to bring clarity and progress.
