Interim Legal Counsel, Telecommunications

We are exclusively instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a world leader in shared communications infrastructure on a fixed term contract basis of 12 months.

This company is at the forefront of network advancement, providing the connectivity customers need to advance their services and networks. It’s focus is on forming long-term sustainable partnerships and realising its connectivity visions.

Reporting to the UK General Counsel and Company Secretary, the Interim Legal Counsel will be working closely with the colleagues across the business as well as legal teams in other regions. This role will ensure the protection of commercial relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners, advising on a wide range of commercial, legal, and strategic operations of the company.

Ideal applicants would have had exposure to commercial work in private practice or an in-house setting, experience in telecommunications, or working on public procurement matters.
