Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Program Associate. This role will cover jobs responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with investment banking clients. Individuals have frequent interactions with clients to understand and meet their needs. Jobs are part of a formal training or rotational program to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in analyzing companies and client investments
- Make recommendations to clients on investments
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Investment Banking Program
- Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, models, and presentations that require research, evaluation, selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving business challenges and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations
- Registration for FINRA exams including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 63 and Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date, if they are not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
Pay Range
$138,500.00 – $287,600.00 Annual
