ISO 50001 & Energy Data Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you experienced in managing ISO 50001 development, implementation, and monitoring? Do you have strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills? Then become part of our team as ISO 50001 & Energy Data Manager (m/f/d). In your role, you will drive the continuous improvement of Vantage Tower?s ISO 50001 and manage the technology related ESG reporting for achieving Vantage Tower?s Net Zero targets.

Your Challenges

• You lead the deployment and ongoing compliance with ISO 50001 across local TowerCos.
• You are responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external audits for the certification and maintenance of the management system.
• You define and report against technology KPIs, manage energy related training courses and drive employee engagement.
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the ISO 50001 standards.
• You lead and manage the technology related ESG data and KPIs for internal and external reporting across local TowerCos.
• You proactively driving the global exchange between the local TowerCos in terms of energy management system.

Your Qualification

• A successfully completed university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• At least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in energy management in the energy services, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector
• Experience in managing ISO 50001 development, implementation, and monitoring
• Experience with data analytics and KPIs reporting
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
