Your Tasks

• As the person responsible, you are responsible for the introduction as well as independent further development of existing application systems such as from the areas of airport management systems, finance and accounting systems as well as construction and facility management system
• In doing so, you drive forward topics of the digitization strategy and process automation
• In addition, you will take over the support and technical administration of these applications
• You are responsible for customizing, coordination of change requests, execution and coordination of tests, updates as well as releases
• As part of the team, you are responsible for the design of interfaces and the organization of data exchange between applications
• You analyze processes and show potential for improvement in cooperation with the departments
• You take over the technical coordination with the internal departments and / or external service providers incl. agreement of SLAs
• You take over the support and advice for users*innen as well as the error analysis and troubleshooting

• Furthermore, you prepare tenders, identify sources of supply, prepare contracts and conduct negotiations

• You have a degree in the field of information and telecommunications technology or communications engineering, computer science or business informatics or a completed apprenticeship with many years of professional experience
• You have knowledge and experience of operating systems, relational databases and scripting languages
• First experience in project management is desirable
• You have the understanding of complex IT systems as well as operational processes
• You are confident in the use of the English language
• You convince with a communicative and reliable appearance
• You have a distinctive structured, action-oriented and analytical way of working and like to work together in a team
• You are in possession of a driver’s license class B
