As an IT manager within the Customer Relationship Management IT organization, you’ll be a part of our Telecom Experience (TX) platform. You’ll lead a talented team of Service Management resources focused on advancing the Contact Center Systems Experience in alignment with our roadmaps. Your team will maintain and enhance applications that support workforce management and performance management in our contact centers. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
• Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery be accepted

Preferred skills

• Ability to influence Business and IT capabilities and identify Roadmap improvements
• Ability to provide guidance to Project and Service Management Resources
• Ability to assume product owner role for Technical Products within the TX Domain
• Experience with application development methodologies and managing technical resources (Developer, QA, and BSA)
• Strong communication skills, the ability to influence at a leadership level, strong vendor management skills, and align resources to deliver on roadmap capabilities

Compensation

• $121,590-$148,610/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
