We are looking for the department of technology & operation as soon as possible a

IT Network Security Specialist / Specialist for Network Security (m/f/d)

These are your new tasks

• Setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting of security related topics (e.g. firewall, email security, DDoS solutions, security certificates).
• Configuration / fault clearance / operation of network components, if necessary with measurement activities on site.
• Execution of activities for the implementation of customer services remotely or on site
• Detect faults when signaled by management systems and provide support to the Network Operations Center, e.g., opening and tracking tickets to meet service levels and performing fault clearance
• Maintenance of the assigned management and documentation systems
• Pre-sales support
• Exercise of on-call services
• Carrying out occupational safety training and safety inspections.

What we expect from you

• Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable training.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and contexts
• IT affinity and knowledge of telecommunications and information technologies advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of business administration and economically oriented action
• Independent, self-reliant way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivation and frustration tolerance, as well as the ability to accept criticism and conflict.
• High service orientation towards internal and external customers
• Good verbal and written expression and knowledge of English
• Extensive Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to participate in continuing education
• Driving license class B
