This position is part of the Flex Team, PeopleScout’s variable workforce unit. The FlexTeam is PeopleScout’s strategic approach to provide client delivery teams the ability to scale quickly. Flex Team employees are eligible for various health insurance plan options that meet the Affordable Care Act’s mandate.

This is a Remote role that can be located anywhere in the US

Position Summary:

This Recruiter will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates.
  • Experience recruiting IT candidates.
  • Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recent, high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience
  • Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing preferred.
  • Detail oriented with an extreme sense of urgency and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
  • Strong MS Office Skills.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $35-$45 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, extent of expected customer contact, the PeopleScout customer to whom a candidate is assigned, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
