In this job you will:

As an IT Service Delivery Manager – Telecoms at DHL, you’ll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure your IT operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

• The design, implementation and operation of a wide array of existing and emerging telecommunication & networking technologies;
• Managing the diagnosis and resolution of incidents & problems and the implementation of changes using best practice ITIL processes within defined SLAs;
• Managing third party technical vendor relationships;
• Ensure the availability, reliability and capacity of Telecoms services;
• Managing the end to end life cycle of all Telecoms assets (Procurement to Disposal), including maintaining required stock levels to meet business requirements;
• Ensuring compliance with DPDHL Group Information Security Standards;
• Managing the delivery of Telecoms projects and reporting into the wider IT Program Plan;
• Maintaining Documentation & Monthly Reporting; 
• Managing Operational & Project Budgets;
• Working closely with the wider DPDHL IT Community, business partners and customers.

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in similar IT Service or Project Management roles;
• Familiarity with Cisco WAN/SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, IPTel & Security technologies;
• Experience with Information Security & Data Protection best practice principles;
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills;
• Relentless drive to innovate, continuously improve processes and deliver quality outcomes for customers;
• A proactive, can-do attitude;
• A police clearance is required for this role.
