A highly successful, global sports brand are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the their IT team based in Chessington, the role offers learning opportunities and potential to progress within the business.
This role would suit a personable, organised, multi-tasking IT Support Analyst, 1st/2nd Line Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, IT/Desktop Support Engineer.
As the IT Support Analyst you will provide support to the company’s European side of the business, you will install, manage and support desktop, server, telecoms and mobile infrastructure and associated applications.
As IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include providing a professional and responsive helpdesk service; troubleshooting and resolving problems. You will install, manage and support desktop, print, mobile and software environments including desktops (Windows 10 & Mac OS X), Apple iOS devises, printers, SAP, Office 365, SAP GUI desktop client and ZScaler VPN. You will create, administer and support user accounts, mailboxes and networks via Active Directory and manage and support VMware, Windows Server and network and troubleshoot 1st line WAN& LAN/WLAN including patching.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience within IT, providing support with hardware, software and Windows servers. You will have working experience with TCP/IP networking and Active Directory and Exchange Admin Centre to support user accounts, mailboxes and networks. You will be an organised team player with an enthusiasm for technology, you will be able to take ownership of delegated tasks and projects to deliver timely results.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience and an excellent benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus scheme, pension, private medical and life insurance, birthday holiday, staff discount and interest free season ticket loan – to name a few.
