What you’ll do:
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT & Telecom talents using various recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates for future opportunities.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as applicable federal and state employment laws.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidates.
- Participate in recruitment-related events such as job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
What we expect:
- University degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT & Telecom recruitment, including experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of various recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
- Ukrainian language will be a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
