IT Telecom Specialist

firstPRO is hiring an IT Telecom Specialist for our client located in Delaware. This role is a contract to hire opportunity and is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily troubleshooting of voice and system related issues impacting end users
  • Responsible for new client voice configurations including call treatment, routing, and outbound dialer campaigns
  • Coordinate and perform ongoing server administration, software maintenance and solution upgrades
  • Complete end user onboarding/offboarding tasks for voice environment.
  • Develop and refresh documentation supporting the contact center and installed third-party solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in administration of Cisco PBX and VoiP solutions
  • Experience in configuration and management of Cisco Contact Center components including CVP, Precision Queues and Outbound Dialer
  • Experience in troubleshooting call quality and connectivity issues
  • Experience in server and third-party application installation and management within a Microsoft server environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remote
