firstPRO is hiring an IT Telecom Specialist for our client located in Delaware. This role is a contract to hire opportunity and is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily troubleshooting of voice and system related issues impacting end users
- Responsible for new client voice configurations including call treatment, routing, and outbound dialer campaigns
- Coordinate and perform ongoing server administration, software maintenance and solution upgrades
- Complete end user onboarding/offboarding tasks for voice environment.
- Develop and refresh documentation supporting the contact center and installed third-party solutions
Requirements
- Experience in administration of Cisco PBX and VoiP solutions
- Experience in configuration and management of Cisco Contact Center components including CVP, Precision Queues and Outbound Dialer
- Experience in troubleshooting call quality and connectivity issues
- Experience in server and third-party application installation and management within a Microsoft server environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
