Position: Jr- Mid Level Front-End Developer – eCommLocation: Fully RemoteStarts: As soon as identified, ideally early OctoberDuration: 40-hours/ week, freelance to full time or full timeStatus: Full time or Freelance to Full-TimeRate: DOEOur client, a boutique agency in Brookly, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Front-end Developer to join their team freelance to full time OR Full time, direct hire. This role is remote, but can also be hybrid onsite in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A computer will be provided. To be qualified for this role you must have previous experience working on ecommerce sites. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist manager of Front-end development with coding webpages, emails, social postings, and potentially mobile apps.
- Ensure all designs are responsive for web and mobile
- Work closely with designers for implementation- Help manage development agencyQUALIFICATIONS:- 1-2 years of FE development experience
- Experience working on Ecommerce websites- Experience with Shopify and WordPress- Some knowledge of React- Profficient in HTML/ CSS/ Java
- Able to code using existing APIs
- Agency experience is nice to have
