eNGINE is seeking NOC Analysts for our client in higher Education. These individuals will join our client’s growing data centers, monitoring and troubleshooting network devices. This is a great opportunity for entry level professional to acquire hands on experience in networking and systems. Training will be in-person, in Pittsburgh, Therefore, candidates must be located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor network devices.
- Troubleshoot support services with network issues.
- Be responsible for network connectivity, surveilling and monitoring devices.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge / Familiarity: TCP protocol, Data Center networking, sniffer products.
- Experience: Data networks, network management tools, Cisco platforms.
- Extra points: Experience with NOC and experience with routers.
