SUMMARY OF POSITION

In this role, you will be making outbound calls to prospected leads to sell them wireless devices and services through Rogers.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell Rogers products and services over the phone and in person
  • Make a minimum of 70 calls a day
  • Hunt and research new leads
  • Manage and maintain relationships with account contacts
  • Meet or exceed provided targets
  • Work hours 9-5:30 Monday to Friday
  • Deliver smart and courteous customer service.
  • Use our CRM software effectively to keep orders organized and communicate with customers and staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills complemented by keen strategic problem-solving.
  • Strong technical aptitude (capacity to learn new systems).
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills
  • Telecommunications sales experience is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Rogers products and services is an asset.
  • Maintain a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
