David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit German speaking Landlord Relations Consultant for their Düsseldorf office.

Position: Landlord Relations Consultant

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with landlords using various channels (telephone & email)
• Review and research existing and/or new leases using the Company’s database/software system, internet and other sources
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate unresolved issues when needed
• Enter data into the Company’s database/software system
• Liaise with the Lease Processor Team to ensure correct issuing of leasing documents
• Assist with the new employee training delivery
• Attend client meetings when required
• Maintain orderly records of all the documentation
• Ad hoc duties as assigned from time-to-time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native level German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Great communicator with sound negotiation and persuasion skills
• Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
• Ability to perform independently, while being team player at the same time
• High school degree is mandatory. Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in Customer service/data entry/quality control roles will be considered as an advantage
• Previous experience from the mortgage/insurance/real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
