We are partnered with a non-profit client who provides the world-class network essential impacting millions of users.

They are seeking an Associate Project Manager with a strong core in project coordination or project management to support planning and direction setting for multiple concurrent projects of varying size, including small and medium complexity/scale projects. This position is also responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to all projects in concert with the respective Project Managers to provide timely solutions within the schedule, budget and quality.

  • Manage and lead multiple simple projects ranging in size from small to medium, through project initiation to close.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a productive relationship with charter and associate members, providers of goods and services, and industry partners.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of degree.
  • Experience with project coordination and/or experience with project management principles.
  • Knowledge in projects involving circuit provisioning and/or previous work experience working in telecommunication company highly preferred.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with vendor management preferred.
  • Experience with network technology preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
