Legal Counsel Commercial Law (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Do you have experience in providing pragmatic and innovative legal advice? Are you solution-focused? Then become part of our team as Legal Counsel Commercial Law (m/f/d). In your role, you will assist in providing high quality legal support to the business on all legal aspects of its commercial operations.

Your challenges:

• You negotiate commercial contracts for new partnerships, renewals and the offering of in-life products and services.
• You advise on legal issues, including providing clear and constructive advice on a range of queries from the business, such as on commercial and regulatory matters.
• You resolve disputes, protecting TowerCo’s position by proactively enforcing contractual rights and settling disputes in TowerCo’s favour.
• You implement compliance controls, undertaking legal assurance activities and advising on risk mitigation.
• You proactively build effective legal, compliance and external affairs relationships within the organisation.

Your qualification:

• A successfully completed university law degree with 2 state exams and solid experience gained in-house and/or at a leading law firm
• Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law, with experience in at least some of the following areas: dispute resolution, corporate, telecommunications law and regulation
• Experience in structuring legal transactions and protecting core assets through legal and commercial mechanisms
• Emotional intelligence with ability to flex style in order to influence, persuade and resolve conflict at all levels, both internally at TowerCo and externally with Partners working in different cultures.
• Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
