Remote
- Collaborate with Procurement Category team to effectively manage the IT, Telecom & Data Category.
- Proactively manage expiring contracts/Statements of Work (SoW) and partner with business stakeholders to properly disposition into a renewal or termination. Advise business stakeholders where there is an opportunity to improve Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and rate based and commercial improvements.
- Leads negotiations with vendors on commercial terms including rate, as well as SLAs on all IT, Telecom & Data contracts/SoWs.
- Leads Master Services Agreement (MSA) negotiations with vendors and partners with legal and risk teams to lead to a final contract/SoW.
- Advises business stakeholder teams on proper SLAs or measurement criteria based on contractual spend and type.
- Works with Procurement team to create and execute Request for Proposals (RFPs) to find and select vendors.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through the contracting process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Management or related field or equivalent related work experience. 5 to 7 years of experience in legal and/or contracts and IT, Telecom & Data contracting is preferred.
- Experience using a contract database (FieldGlass and/or Ariba) is a plus.
- Redlining legal agreements experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms.
- Effective negotiation skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Customer service driven.
